We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as Admin Support Services. This role is crucial in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth project operations, and maintaining internal coordination

Requirements
Employment Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time (Contract or Project-Based)
Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred in Business Admin, Social Sciences, or related fields
At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operations support
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Familiar with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace etc.
Experience in education line, NGOs, research, or grant-based project is and advantage
Admin Clerical Task Management Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support (email, scheduling, filing and etc.)
Assist with project documentation, reports, and logistics
Maintain records, data entry, and update internal tracking system.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and travel arrangements
Support procurement, finance documentation, and payment tracking
Provide support in events and research team, coordination when required.
Social Media Savvy
