Mr. Arafas bin Abdul Razak is a qualified legal practitioner and licensed Syarie lawyer in Penang and Kedah, with over 11 years of experience in the Malaysian legal field. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of London and a Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP), and was called to the Malaysian Bar on 3 January 2014.
He began his legal career in 2011 as a paralegal at Messrs Razak & Co. in Penang, where he gained hands-on experience in litigation and legal documentation. After being called to the Bar, he continued with the firm as a legal assistant before co-founding Messrs Arafas & Jannah in Kepala Batas in 2014, alongside Noor Jannah binti Isahak, a senior advocate and solicitor with over 24 years of experience.
Arafas has built a wide-ranging legal practice that includes criminal and civil litigation at all court levels, employment law matters before the Labour Court, Syariah law involving family, inheritance, and estate distribution, as well as conveyancing and estate administration. He is also frequently involved in advising and accompanying clients during police investigations.
